Why Choose Me

You may have spent years trying to “fix” yourself, push feelings away, or understand why certain patterns keep repeating. One of the reasons clients are drawn to my work is because I approach therapy through the lens of Internal Family Systems — a compassionate, non-pathologizing model that believes every part of you has a reason for being there.

Rather than judging symptoms, I help clients understand them. Anxiety, perfectionism, numbness, people-pleasing, self-criticism, or emotional overwhelm are often protective parts trying to help in the only way they know how. In our work together, we create a safe, collaborative space to gently explore those patterns with curiosity instead of shame.

What makes my approach different is that I don’t believe clients are broken. I believe healing happens when people feel deeply seen, understood, and connected to their authentic Self. My own experience with healing through IFS gives me a genuine appreciation for how powerful this work can be — not just intellectually, but emotionally and internally.

Clients often choose to work with me because they want therapy that goes deeper than coping skills alone. They are looking for lasting change, self-understanding, and a more compassionate relationship with themselves. Together, we work at a pace that feels safe and respectful, helping you build trust within yourself while healing the wounds and protective patterns that may be keeping you stuck.

IFS therapy can support:

Anxiety and overwhelm

Trauma and attachment wounds

Depression and self-criticism

Life transitions and identity shifts

Relationship struggles

Burnout and emotional exhaustion

Self-exploration and personal growth

My goal is to help you feel more connected, grounded, and empowered — not by becoming someone different, but by reconnecting with the parts of you that have always been there underneath the pain and protection.
